I am an attorney/lobbyist specializing in business law and commercial real estate transactions. I provide strategic counsel to entrepreneurs, established businesses, and real estate investors navigating complex legal landscapes.

Before joining Macaulay Satterlund & Sessa, I lobbied for several non-profit organizations at the Virginia General Assembly where I forged important state-level legislative and executive branch relationships. In 2015, I co-founded the Railside Law Group, PLLC in Ashland, Virginia, before moving to McCaul Martin, P.C. in Mechanicsville, Virginia, where I grew a real estate practice that allowed me to serve clients with the same dedication and personalized approach that has defined my career.

I have successfully represented clients ranging from startups and emerging companies to established enterprises with multi-million dollar portfolios. My real estate experience encompasses residential, commercial, and industrial developments. My greatest strength lies in my ability to build and nurture lasting relationships with her clients. I believe that understanding people—their stories, goals, and concerns—is just as important as understanding the law. This relationship-first approach has made me a trusted advisor to countless business owners and real estate professionals throughout Central Virginia. Additionally, I am a skilled litigator, having argued civil cases in Circuit, General District, and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts across the Commonwealth.

Known for my practical, solutions-oriented approach, I work diligently to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable advice. I spend the time necessary to understand each client’s unique goals and business objectives, ensuring legal strategies align with broader commercial interests.

When I am not advocating for my clients, I love spending time with my husband and two sons. I also enjoy cooking, hiking, and travelling.
