Overview
Lindsay’s practice focuses on health care law, pharmacy law, and government investigations.
With more than a decade of experience, Lindsay advises health care providers and organizations on a broad range of regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters. She helps clients navigate complex federal and state health care laws, including the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, Controlled Substances Act, and HIPAA.
Lindsay represents a diverse array of health care clients—including physicians, medical practices, nurses, and pharmacies (community, chain, and compounding)—in licensing, compliance, and enforcement matters. She regularly appears before federal and state agencies such as the DEA, OIG, and the Virginia Department of Health Professions, which includes the Virginia Board of Pharmacy and other professional boards.
Her practice also encompasses advising clients on the purchase and sale of health care entities, employment and service agreements, HIPAA and cybersecurity compliance, telemedicine regulations, and risk management.
Outside the office, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, their two sons, Tony and Teddy, and their dog, Brando.
